Members of the Medaille College community were honored at an awards luncheon on March 31, 2010, hosted by the Center for Multicultural Education and Diversity. This new initiative recognized five women who were nominated by peers and colleagues for their contributions to Medaille and the community.
Honorees included:
Lisa Marsherall, clinical associate professor of communication, Faculty Appreciation Award.
Lisa Murphy, Perspective advisor and publications, Staff Appreciation Award.
Mary A. Bonner ’85 LS, ’87 MC, formerly of Western New York Public Broadcasting and the Apollo Media Center, Alumni Award for Distinguished Service.
Dr. Virginia Batchelor, associate professor in the School of Education, Faculty Diversity Appreciation Award.
Mame Yaa Ankoma-Mensa, education major, Student Diversity Appreciation Award.
