<description>I want to congratulate Dr. Lane on her appointment as acting dean for the School of Education. She has served the School of Education and Medaille College very well in her capacity as chair of elementary education and I look forward to her continued success in her new role. Her service to the entire Medaille community is greatly appreciated and well respected by those who have been fortunate to work with her and those who have been affected by her strong work ethic and dedication to the success of the School of Education, its students and the broader community.
