Medaille Partners with NFTA to Provide New Bus Shelter through Adopt-A-Shelter Program
Representatives from Medaille and the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority unveiled a new bus shelter for use by the Medaille community as part of the NFTA’s Adopt-A-Shelter and Park & Ride initiatives. This shelter will protect students and employees who use the NFTA shuttle service from Medaille College’s Main Campus to the Buffalo Zoo parking lot each day.
This venture marks the first time a private institution has partnered with the NFTA’s Adopt-A-Shelter program. Medaille College has participated in the NFTA’s College University Unlimited Access program since January 2005.
