New Graduate Program in Adolescent Education Approved by New York State Education Department
The New York State Education Department has approved Medaille College’s proposed Master of Science in Education in Adolescent Education degree program. This program, offered at Medaille’s Amherst Campus, will lead students to certification in English, French, Math, Biology, and Chemistry for the secondary level (grades 7-12). The program is expected to accept students for the spring 2009 semester.
With the introduction of this degree, Medaille continues its tradition of educating the region’s educators in a wide array of disciplines, including elementary education, literacy, and special education.
