Fronckowiak Publishes Article on TruveoCast for Mac OS X
John Fronckowiak, clinical assistant professor in the computer information systems department, has published “TruveoCast: Building a Mac OS X Dashboard Widget to Share Your Truveo Video Favorites” at the AOL Developer Network site.
TruveoCast is a Mac OS X Dashboard Widget that allows a user to explore the saved favorites of other Truveo.com users. Truveocast uses a television set metaphor to tune into and browse another user’s favorites. TruveoCast makes extensive use of the Prototype, Script.aculo.us, and Prototip JavaScript libraries.
Fronckowiak continues to blog weekly on the AOL Developer Network site about the applications of AOL technologies on Apple and Mac OS X platforms.
