Borges Participates in Empire State Advantage Review
Dr. Luis Borges, assistant professor of business, conducted a site visit as a member of the Empire State Advantage Board of Reviewers in November 2006.
Empire State Advantage is the nonprofit organization that judges and recommends the state of New York Quality Award for the applicants who satisfy some criteria based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria in pursue of excellence. As an ESA reviewer, Dr. Borges volunteers as a member of a team that facilitates “the improvement of an organization’s management and leadership processes.“
