Soccer Sweeps Cazenovia With Identical Scores
(Cazenovia, NY) - The Medaille College soccer teams had identical records heading into their games against Cazenovia College today. When the games concluded each team walked away with the same result. The women overwhelmed the Wildcats (4-0) as they were once again led by sophomore, Danielle Radlich (Clarence, NY/Clarence), who tallied (2) goals on the day as the Lady Mavs outshot Cazenovia (22-1). The shutout was the sixth in seven games for Medaille as they improve to (5-1-1) on the season. The men would take the field next and the result was a mirror image as they went on to a (4-0) win as well. In the men’s game it would be sophomore, transfer, Adam Switala (Lockport, NY/Lockport), who would lead Medaille as he notched (2) markers on the day. The Mavs also improve to (5-1-1) as they get a well needed rest. The Lady Mavs will play tomorrow (9/15) at home against Geneva College from Pittsburgh, PA while the men will host Daemen College on Tuesday evening (9/18) at All High Stadium for a 6:00pm start.
